The staff is very friendly and caring. The classrooms are very organized, safe, and clean. The children have a lot of learning activities that they work with daily and they are taught in a structured but fun environment.

Both of our kids attended this Montessori in the 1990's and began to "learn to love learning" here! They went on to excel at academics at every level, earned college scholarships, and still "love to learn".We have had a lot of family fun reminiscing about the good old days at Montessori , the loving and capable staff and the important stuff our son and daughter learned there.

Awesome curriculum and my daughter has thrived. I had her at another daycare but it was just that a daycare, babysitting. This place challenges my daughter. They are loving and caring! My daughter loves it there! I really can't say enough positive things about this school!

I personally feel that this school is FANTASTIC!! The curriculum is outstanding, the teachers truly care about the kids and you can see it. My daughter comes home constantly learning new things. She learned how to sign the whole alphabet, the Pledge of Allegiance, learning how to read basic words and break down compound words, along with knowing all the continents and that's just the tip of the iceberg. On another note, my daughter is severely anaphylactic to multiple food/environmental allergens.Being an ICU nurse with a husband that is a Firefighter paramedic we know how fast anaphylaxis can turn deadly. However, the school has been EXTREMELY proactive in helping us keep her safe. I can actually say that I feel SAFE with her going there. Before even considering putting her in VPK, I looked at five schools and thought about home schooling her. The other five schools did not work with us the way Ms.Jackie and her staff does.If I can give the school ten stars I would!!

Although I often read reviews, I rarely write them but I felt inclined to contribute my family's experience at the Montessori Early Learning Center. My son started there at 3 years old and is now 6 years old and completing their Kindergarten program this May 2014. I feel that this school has nurtured his interests (Math, Space, Animals, Gardening), his love for learning, and curiosity while also instilling confidence and focus both academically and socially. This school follows the principles of Maria Montessori, and encourages the child to excel at his/her own pace. As a 'kindergartener' my child is currently reading, working on double digit addition and subtraction problems as well as fractions. He knows about all of the continents in detail as Geography and world cultures are celebrated in this school. The teachers here know your child's capabilities and encourage them to do their best, whatever thay may be for them individually. My son has been in the same classroom with the same teachers going on 3 years. He now has more of a 'leader' role helping younger students learn the routine and some lessons, which instills confidence in the things he has learned.I could not have asked for a better pre-school/Kindergarten Montessori based program for my son. Also, when you do some research on tuition of Montessori Programs you will find that their rates are very reasonable. Our second child will start there this fall when he is 3 years old, and our older son will transition to a Lower Elementary Montessori Program nearby for 1st grade.I thinks its unfair to judge a school based on the cosmetics. In some situations I can understand but not in this case. Its a nurturing environment and the teachers and owners are always available to make any adjustments if you have concerns about your child :) Ps **please give your child the gift of a Montessori education!!** :)
